1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via this online shop, operated by Care Cute Aesthetic GmbH (“we”).
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you place a binding order. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include the applicable Austrian VAT and are shown in euros. Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order and depend on the delivery country.
4. Payment
We offer the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the consumer upon handover of the goods.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
